Welcome Game and Fan Engagement Program 

SportsHosts partnered with the San Francisco Giants to launch the first-ever Welcome Game and fan engagement strategy to encourage anyone from anywhere to become a baseball fan

SportsHosts developed a marketing and communications plan based on the San Francisco Giants' strategic advantages in the tourism market. This included a kick-off event branded as 'The Welcome Game' which encouraged current fans to share the game with new people as hosts. This saw over 1,500 attendees. 

We then developed on-going fan engagement activities including monthly pre-game parties, a season-long competition to win a Giants experience, a full host reward program and featured host stories across Giants' in-game and online marketing channels.
