Coralus (un) Summit
Event Production 

As the event producer for the Coralus (un)Summit, held on May 5-6, 2024, in Vancouver, Canada, I spearheaded the planning and execution of this unique event. The (un)Summit aimed to redefine traditional summit experiences by emphasizing community co-creation and collective impact within the Coralus network.. My goal was to gather the Coralus community—comprising Ventures and Activators—from around the globe to collaboratively shape the future of the organization.

Event Objectives:
  • Foster deeper community engagement and relationships.
  • Showcase new Ventures and initiatives within the Coralus ecosystem.
  • Explore innovative approaches to social impact and sustainability.
  • Provide a platform for meaningful dialogue and co-creation.
  • Celebrate achievements and milestones while planning for future growth.

Event Features:
Registration and Participant Experience: I oversaw the seamless registration process and designed the participant journey to ensure inclusivity and engagement from registration through post-event follow-up.
Speaker Facilitation: I helped to support the lineup of speakers and facilitators to share insights, stories, and catalyze discussions aligned with the event's theme.
A/V Run of Show: I managed the technical aspects of the event to ensure smooth A/V integration for both in-person and virtual live-stream attendees.
Innovation and Engagement: We used the Whova app for attendees to personalize their schedules and engage in virtual interactions.
The (un)Summit achieved:
  • High participant satisfaction and engagement, evidenced by positive feedback and increased community bonding.
